Frequently Asked Questions →

You might be wondering, “Why should I use an attorney for my estate planning?” Just remember, people use financial advisors because they want strategic guidance with their investments and they use accountants because taxes can be confusing. In the same way, smart people use estate planning attorneys to design and draft estate plans because the law is confusing and the consequences of getting a plan wrong can have bad repercussions for generations to come.

While thinking about your legacy can be exciting and intimidating at the same time, creating a comprehensive estate plan is an important step to ensure your goals are achieved. The Schlau|Rogers estate plan will allow your hard earned assets to be distributed according to your wishes. We will also protect your family from the unnecessary costs and delays of probate. Speaking of probate, we handle that as well, giving you the support you need when you need it.

If you're looking for individual documents, we will make our recommendations and accommodate your needs. One of the ways we do this is by implementing a payment option for those in need of estate planning, but find themselves on a tight budget. We call this option our Layaway Payment plan.

Essentially, we offer basic plans for discounted rates. Payment for these plans is often arranged on a pay-as-you-go basis, which is what we call our Layaway Payment plan. Our basic estate plans are available for as little as $500 automatic payments. If you are looking for individual documents, we can also arrange for that so you can get what you need at low costs, without sacrificing quality.

We want to stress that quality legal representation is paramount to approach to providing your smarter plan in life and business. our Layaway Payment plan allows us to maintain quality, while offering lower rates to clients in need.
