To keep things simple, our plans are always billed at flat rates. Our rates are on the low-end of the estate planning fee spectrum, especially considering the incredible value our estate plan packages provide. That said, you'll likely find online-based estate planning can be less costly.
WHAT DOES AN ESTATE PLANNING ATTORNEY DO?
Just remember, people use financial advisors because they want strategic guidance with their investments and they use accountants because taxes can be confusing. In the same way, smart people use estate planning attorneys to design and draft estate plans because the law is confusing and the consequences of getting a plan wrong can have bad repercussions for generations to come.
While thinking about your legacy can be exciting and intimidating at the same time, creating a comprehensive estate plan is an important step to ensure your goals are achieved. The Schlau|Rogers estate plan will allow your hard earned assets to be distributed according to your wishes. We will also protect your family from the unnecessary costs and delays of probate.

That said, if you are looking for individual documents, we can also arrange for that so you can get what you need at low costs, without sacrificing quality.
We want to stress that quality legal representation is paramount to approach to providing your smarter plan in life and business. our Layaway Payment plan allows us to maintain quality, while offering lower rates to clients in need.
